Ecological Natural Paint is a casein-based powder – the classic natural paint – made from natural raw materials such as milk protein (casein), which forms a binding agent, chalk and kaolin as filler materials, and with a high pigment content which guarantees excellent covering power. Painting with casein is a traditional technique which has been used since ancient times. Although casein, unlike synthetic binders, is a completely biodegradable compound, many works of art have survived for centuries. The viscosity of this versatile paint can be tailored to your exact requirements by varying the amount of water you add. Ideal for painting objects made from Papier Maché (item 55125), Modelling Fabric (item 56722ff) and many other surfaces.
