CREARTEC was founded 1^st of February, 1996. Under his leadership the company quickly developed to one of the leading specialists in the market. With the retirement of the founder and acquisition of the company by the Ph.D. chemist Bernd Gangnus in November, 2017 the management succession got accomplished and the course was set for the future.

Upgrading the IT, process and portfolio optimization, as well as a consistent expansion of quality and regulatory functions are current topics. Growth will be generated by a stronger focus on export markets, through innovative new products, by expanding contract manufacturing and through further acquisitions in the core business.
