- Easy to use
- Wash and iron the textile.
- Lay the part of the fabric on which you are going to work on a waterproof surface.
- Place the printed motif (caution: use a laser printer) on the textile with the side with the picture facing downwards and secure it all the way round with adhesive tape. If there is any lettering in the motif, it must be printed as a mirror image.
- Apply the transfer medium to the paper with a brush, taking care that no puddles form, as this will cause the motif to blur when it is transferred. The paper will quickly soak up all the liquid and the motif will become visible.
- Then rub over the reverse side of the motif several times, using a little pressure, with the rounded end of a bone folder or with a wooden spoon. The template can be lifted occasionally to check progress, but it must not be allowed to slip out of place.
- Once you are happy with the result of the transfer, the template and the adhesive tape can be removed.
- The textile is dry after approximately 30 minutes, and should then be ironed on the reverse side for 2 to 3 minutes on “cotton” setting without using steam. Wash inside out at 30°.
