    Corporate social responsibility is not merely empty words. The company offers apprenticeships for inventory management specialists or warehouse specialists, for industrial management assistants and from 2020 on for graphics designer. We do also offer this to socially handicapped adolescents, which might use an extra preparatory year to achieve a certificate of secondary education. For disabled persons and for people, which have damages from former alcohol abuse, we offer suitable working places and occupation in close collaboration with the near-by facilities, which take care for them. For our core CREARTEC team we offer secure jobs and flexible part-time work models.

     

    Preventive health protection is an important topic, i.e. dust exposition has been reduced significantly by structural measures and by improving the dust extraction. Ergonomical needs are taken into account as far as technically possible.

     

    Environmental impact is being addressed by using electrical energy solely from 100% renewable sources (waterpower from Vorarlberg/Austria) and by proper process design, that enables us to reduce energy consumption despite increasing production volume, and by reducing waste streams. Chemical raw materials are being sourced from European manufacturers, which have to obey the same stringent EU regulation and consumer protection standards as we. To the extent that is technically and economically feasible we are substituting crude-oil based chemicals by comparable ones from renewable sources. The use of CMR-chemicals and substances of very high concern is being avoided by us.
